  • We stand by our products SimplySadistic has been selling sex toys, bondage gear and adult toys since 2005 . Our Parent company HOC has been selling bondage collars since 1998. Each product is inspected and rigorously reviewed for quality, functionality and durability before we offer it on our website. If you purchase one of our products and it is defective we will promptly issue an RMA and replace the product with a new one. If the item doesn't meet your satisfaction we also will be glad to replace the item. (Note, there are some items that are not exchangeable due to health risks). By placing an order online, you consent to have read these terms and agree abide by them. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of reciept. We do not ship Satureday or Sunday. Orders will ship via USPS where available.

    All payments are in US funds. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We accept checks and money orders for US Mail orders only. For international payments, we accept VISA and MasterCard We do not ship COD. Once an order is placed, your credit or debit card is immediately charged for the full amount of your order. Orders that fail Address, ZipCode and CVV2 matches are subject to further verification and/or order delay. We do not accept returns for refunds to credit cards; only store credits are issued.   • Return and Exchange Policy:

    We return or exchange for STORE CREDIT only, please order carefully. To ensure the safety and health of our customers we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk or any item that comes into contact with ANY bodily fluid (saliva, semen, urine, blood, et al). Once these items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-resalable. 

    These items include (but we are NOT limited to): 
ANY dildo or vibrator. 
ANY enema kits. 
ANY sound set. 
ANY item that breaks the surface of the skin. 
ANY item that is inserted into the penis, vagina or anus. 
ANY gag/dildo combination. 
ANY mouth gag. 
ANY chastity device.


    1. All products are warranted by us for 30 days from the invoice date. If any product is found DEFECTIVE within that 30 day period, please contact us for an exchange. We will exchange ANY defective item for that same item ONLY.

    2. We will be glad to exchange NON-DEFECTIVE items that do not constitute a health risk for 30 days from the invoice date. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns will be issued Store Credit for the amount of the item.

    3. The customer is responsible for the cost of all shipping charges; for defective items, SimplySadistic will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item to the customer only.

    4. Custom- made Items: Custom items made according to measurements provided by the customer cannot be returned. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery should there be a fit issue.

    5. How to arrange your return or exchange: Please contact info@simplysadistic.com or 1-870-793-8361 to obtain approval for your exchange. Returns will NOT be accepted without an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem. If e-mailing us, please be sure to include your order number, full name, and reason for requesting an RMA

    All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

    We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. RMA number must appear on the outside of the package.

    *Some restrictions may apply. Items including but not limited to: Dungeon Furniture, Sex Machines, Liberator Ramps, Toy Trunks, etc., are non-returnable. Please contact us should you have any questions.

    Once an order has been submitted your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipping. We will be unable to cancel an order after submitted. Please order carefully.
